1. Who we are

This website and the Latest K53 – 2026 Study Guide & Q&A (the “product”) are offered by Latest Exam Packs, a brand of Zip Rides (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2021/810791/07) (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].

2. What you are buying

The product is a digital purchase that gives you an access code which unlocks, on this website, 2 months’ full access to:

• the full bank of original K53 learner’s licence practice questions with explanations, for car, truck and motorcycle;
• unlimited timed and untimed mock tests; and
• the full study guide.

The price is R99 (South African rand) for 2 months’ full access, counted from the date you pay. The date your access ends is shown on the website and in your confirmation email.

Renewal (optional): if you need more time, you can renew for R60 for 2 more months, added from the later of the renewal date or your current end date. Your code stays the same. Nothing is charged automatically – you only pay if you choose to renew, and you will never be billed without tapping Renew and paying on the payment page.

3. Independent study aid

The product is an independent study aid written by us. It is not produced, endorsed or approved by the Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC), the Department of Transport, any driving licence testing centre (DLTC) or any other government body. The questions are original practice questions, not the actual questions used in the learner’s licence test. Road rules can change; always check the current law and government sources such as gov.za.

4. No pass guarantee

We do our best to make the product accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass your learner’s licence test. Your result depends on your own preparation and the test on the day.

5. Payment

Online payments are processed by our payment providers, Yoco (and, later, Ozow). Your card or bank details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page; we never see or store them. Your payment is also subject to the payment provider’s own terms.

6. Delivery of your access code

Full access unlocks immediately after payment on the device you pay on, and a renewal unlocks immediately after you pay for it. We also email your access code to the email address you gave, usually within minutes and at most within 24 hours. Full details are in our Refund & Delivery policy.

7. Refunds

You may ask for a full refund within 48 hours of payment (this applies to a purchase and to a renewal). See the Refund & Delivery policy for how to claim. This does not limit any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

8. Your access code and fair use

• Your access code is for your personal use. Please do not share, publish or resell it.
• We may deactivate a code that has clearly been shared publicly or obtained fraudulently, and will tell you by email if we do.
• Each code can be used on up to 2 phones or browsers. If you need to move it to a new phone (for example, a lost or replaced phone), contact us on WhatsApp 078 452 8387 and we will reset it.
• The access code unlocks the product in your browser. The website checks your access with our server when you unlock and then every few days; the practice tests keep working offline in between. If you clear your browser data, enter the same code again (on the same phone this does not use up a second phone).
• When your access period ends, the full question bank and mock tests lock until you renew. The 10 free questions stay free.

9. Copyright

All questions, explanations, the study guide and the website design belong to Zip Rides (Pty) Ltd. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, sell, upload or distribute them without our written permission.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times but cannot promise uninterrupted access. If the website is unavailable for a long time after you have paid, contact us and we will help or refund you.

11. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you in connection with the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.

12. Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy policy.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
